As I continue to discuss the plan for the Run Across MN with people I meet, it's amazing to hear the stories of survivors and of loved ones who fought to the end. These are the reasons for this run.
I'd very much like to share these stories, but I don't want to violate anyone's privacy. So, if you are OK with sharing, please add a comment! You can just reference a person or write a full story, whatever you are comfortable with. I'll add all the names to the sign I'll have with me during the rest portions of the run.
Thanks in advance.

This blog covers my 2011 and 2021 runs across MN. The purpose of the 2021 run/bike is to raise money for Disabled American Veterans.

ReplyDeleteMy mother was diagnosed back in 2005 with Colon Cancer. Luckily they caught it early enough and were able to get it all by removing a large portion of her intestines....YEAH! She didn't require any after treatments and is still going strong today thanks to her great team of doctors.
