Here's some of MY must have items:
On the top row:
- foam roller (you place a body part on it-for me it's hip and roll up and down, it keeps muscles and tendons from tightening up)
- The Stick massager (great for thighs and shoulders)
- anti-chafe products-prevention is the best cure
- spibelt-it's expandable pocket holds an INSANE amount of stuff
- add on components from Amphipod-water bottle holder, and on the right a water bottle. I can add up to 4, and also have 3 accessory pockets in case I need even MORE stuff with me
- Road ID ankle bracelet (safety item, lists contact info, better safe than sorry!)
- Marathon Maniac hat (gotta represent...)
- MP3 player (if you're interested, I'll tell you some of the variety of songs-post a comment and I'll write a post on that)
- Garmin GPS (will be recording all my run data so I can post actuals during the event)
